Surcharges & Extras:

Mandatory surcharges and additional costs:

  • Tourist tax (7 nights) – 10€ per person (the current sojourn tax determined by the local tourist boards is 10,00 HRK per person per night or approx. 1,35€ per person per night based on current conversion rate)
  • Transit log – from 35€ per person (depending on the boat and number on people on board)
  • Fuel – from 50€ per person (depending on the boat, sailing route and number on people on board)
  • Port / marina fees – costs depending on chosen mooring options
  • Food & drinks – costs depending on personal consumption and preferences

Optional extras:

  • Breakfast (7 days) – 75€ per person
  • Dinner (7 days) – 250€ per person
  • Parking – 60€ week, per car
  • Skipper (7 days) – 1.050€ per sailing boat (sailing boat insurance & early check-in free of charge)

*Detailed pricing:

  • Prices “per person” are listed for informative purposes only (total price divided with maximum allowed number of people per sailing boat). You and your crew will be renting the whole sailing boat just for you (will not be sharing the sailing boat with other crews / guests) and therefore will be paying the full package price no matter if there will be less than the maximum allowed number of people on board. It is not allowed to exceed the maximum allowed number of people per boat.
  • Package prices vary depending on the season. Season A (July & August) is the peak season, with the highest prices. Season B (June & September) offers mid range prices, while the Season C (May & October) has the lowest prices.

  • Package prices include services listed under “What’s included” section only.
  • Mandatory surcharges and fees & optional extras are listed under “Surcharges & Extras” section.
  • Additional costs with all sailing boat rentals are fuel expenses and port / marina fees, unless stated otherwise. Fuel expenses depend on the boat and sailing route (some estimated costs for the maximum allowed number of people on board are from 50€ to 100€ per person). Port / marina fees may vary and the skipper may suggest other options for mooring the sailing boat in order to keep the cost down.
  • Air conditioning and on-board generators are optional, available on surcharge based on sailing boats availability.
  • Any food or drinks are not included in the price, unless stated otherwise.
  • The crew needs to ensure food for the skipper.
  • Transit log price include: bed linen and bathroom towels (1 set per person), Wi-Fi and final cleaning. Transit log cost depend on the boat and number of people on board (some estimated costs for the maximum allowed number of people on board are from 35€ to 45€ per person).
  • Obligatory security deposit (refundable) or non-refundable insurance: An obligatory security deposit (refundable if you do not cause any damages on the boat) or non-refundable insurance (protect you from unexpected costs if you cause some damages on the boat) for each sailing boat needs to be paid in the marina / charter company on the first day of your tour (during registration of passengers). It’s up to you which option will you choose. The amount of an obligatory security deposit depend on the chosen sailing boat (some average security deposit amounts are 2.000-3.000€ per sailing boat, may be higher depending on boat equipment). Deposit money (credit card preauthorization or in cash) is being left in the marina / charter company (your meeting point). Each crew needs to behave responsibly about the rented sailing boat (not to lose or damage any part of the equipment, not to damage any part of the boat, etc.) in order to get the full amount of the deposit returned. Charter company will inspect the boat before your check-out, to make sure everything is OK. If so, you will get your deposit money back, otherwise you will be charged for damages caused.
  • Special transit log + sailing boat insurance deals: – PREMIUM PACK: Transit log + insurance (no security deposit): from 70€ per person (depending on the boat and number on people on board) – SUPER PREMIUM PACK: Transit log + insurance (no security deposit) + early check-in: from 90€ per person (depending on the boat and number on people on board)
  • SPECIAL BENEFIT if you choose our skipper: If your crew choose our skipper (available on surcharge), you will get a special benefit – sailing boat insurance (no security deposit) & early check-in free of charge.
  • If you have your own skipper: According to Croatian law, it is necessary to have a valid international skipper’s license and license to operate the radio station (VHF Certificate), so please make sure to bring all required documents / licenses with you. Otherwise, you will need to hire a skipper.

SPECIAL NOTES:

  • Listed cycling experience prices are valid for a minimum cycling group size of 4 people. Individual tours are available on request and are subject to additional charges.
  • Although you will use your own sailing boat for the sailing part, due to logistic reasons, your crew should follow the original sailing route. If your crew won’t follow the planned sailing route and schedule, we are unable to guarantee you the full cycling experience, as cycling and sailing routes are logistically connected.
  • For the best Cycling&Sailing experience we always recommend to take a full Cycling&Sailing package (not the cycling part only) with our skipper as a person in charge of the boat.
